Lengthy but Worth It I came in to replace my 2017 Colorado ZR2 with a newer model, and a different color other than black. The overall experience at Bomnin Chevy Manassas I came in to replace my 2017 Colorado ZR2 with a newer model, and a different color other than black. The overall experience at Bomnin Chevy Manassas was positive. Martin was very pleasant and welcoming during the test drive and helped me pick out the vehicle I wanted and helped me receive the best offer I could on my trade in. The only down note would be the time it took to purchase the vehicle - almost 6 hours (not including the test drive). The paperwork process took way too long, which I’m not entirely sure why because the store wasn’t overly crowded for a Saturday evening/night. Alex was engaging and respectable during the paper work process, and prevented the overall situation from becoming monotonous. Though he was approached by a manager at one point in the showroom, who became verbally hostile regarding a “mistake” Alex must have made during a previous sale. Though I’m not against letting someone know if they made a mistake, but managers should not treat there staff in such a way, especially in the showroom in front of all the customers. In the end it was all worth it. I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted, and for a GREAT price. Though the vehicle is making a loud knocking noise every time I switch it into reverse, and the torque convert fluid seems like it needs to be flushed with the new Mobil 1 Chevy developed (a known issue with the Colorado torque converter) but we will see if it subsideds after a couple hundred miles. Experience at Manasses Chevrolet Dealership We entered the dealership without an appointment and within less than two minutes the gentleman at the front desk got us situated with a salesman. Roberto assisted us with our car buying experience making it a very good experience. Once we told him what we were intrested in he immediately showed us all the optiones they had available in their lot. Roberto answered all our questiones in a very proffecianal and educated manner and we did not feel pressured at all during our time at the dealership. Once we found what we liked Roberto got the keys and went on a test drive down a easy straight forward route with no issues making small talk and talking about specifications of the vehichle. Once we were done with all that he assisted with the paper work and that was that. Waited for a bit to deal with the finance department and once we were seen we did all the paper work and was out of their in an hour dealing with the finance department. More

They came out with a fair price right off the bat that Lindsay Chevrolet couldn’t beat (even though Lindsay Chevrolet “guaranteed” they could beat Bomnin’s price). I truly feel the salesmen that assisted me were fair and straightforward, and they were confident in their offer. They told me I would be coming back from Lindsay Chevrolet, and they were right. This was my first purchase from a dealership. It was not the stereotypical experience, and I mean that in the best way possible.
