Was treated kindly and personably Albee helped me with my recall repair service. The first time I went in for the repair, he noticed that the necessary part reserved for me was used fo Albee helped me with my recall repair service. The first time I went in for the repair, he noticed that the necessary part reserved for me was used for another customer. He was so apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault. We rescheduled for the following afternoon. I asked him for advice about a magnet backing and decal that has been on my car for years and wouldn’t come off. He helped me try to get some off with me at the time with a razor blade. When I brought my car in the next day, he told me he took it all off as I was checking out (without any cost). I am so grateful. More
