Little to no follow through It is now January 8,2019. I bought a truck from this dealership on November 30,2018. As of today I have yet to receive my registration and tags. I ha It is now January 8,2019. I bought a truck from this dealership on November 30,2018. As of today I have yet to receive my registration and tags. I had to call them and get another temp tag cause the original ran out December 30, 2018. I have to say at least when I contacted the dealer about the temp tag they got me a new temp sent right away. When I purchased the truck it was GM Certified which means everything that came original with truck has to still be with it. They had to give me new floor mats cause the original one where no where to be found. I then told the salesperson I was dealing with before I left with the truck that there was no owners manuals in the truck, he continued to tell me he would get new ones and send them to me right away, well........ to this day I have not received them. I have tried contacting the salesperson a couple of times with no response. I was already having a bad experience with this dealership cause it took them almost 5 hours to finish the deal. Before I went down there for the truck I sent pictures of my trade so they could give me a rough idea as to how much I will get for a trade, well when I got down there they tried to low ball me first by raising the price of the truck I was going to purchase by $2000 and even tried to not give me what they quoted before hand for my trade. I had to fight them to get them to give into what they originally quoted. I have been buying trucks on average every 2-3 years and have never had to sit at dealership that long till now cause all other dealerships I delt with give me the best deal up front and stick to what they originally quote me. I drove from Gettysburg, Pa to Manassas, Va to purchase the truck. One last thing, it took them over a month to get my trade paid off and get the new loan activated, they just about caused me to get a strike against my credit cause the old loan almost went to 30 days past due, I'm just glad I was able to catch it and pay the payment for the truck loan I traded in. To me the dealership should reimburse me for that payment since I already traded that truck in a month before. More

Landed a deal but not the best. I went in explaining that I didn’t want to spend anymore than a certain amount of money and they were unable to provide me with such request by saying I went in explaining that I didn’t want to spend anymore than a certain amount of money and they were unable to provide me with such request by saying “this is the best price we can offer” 3 different times which means they were lying to me directly to my face. Also the sales representative was very insistent that if I didn’t leave a review that he wouldn’t be paid. That’s not something I need to know. Was I able to find a car and land a deal? Yes, was it for the price that I wanted? Absolutely not! That’s why theirs a low rating from me. More

This time I made my appointment online and when I missed my appointment time I called and the service manager said I could still bring it over. I dropped it off early afternoon with the expectation of getting it done by 5pm. But just about an hour later it was ready for pickup, check out was fast, truck was waiting for me up front, and service manager even came out with me to point out a few things I didn't even realize the truck did. Overall I read pleasantly surprised at the good service and plan on returning for future service appointments. More

Awesome customer service! I brought my 17 Silverado in for an oil change. I did not buy it at Bomnin I got it at a used lot elsewhere, but I was treated like a lifetime custome I brought my 17 Silverado in for an oil change. I did not buy it at Bomnin I got it at a used lot elsewhere, but I was treated like a lifetime customer. I was expecting to pay over $100 for full synthetic and tire rotation but their price was only $79. Then to my surprise the service tech called to tell me that my vehicle qualified for one last free oil change so I paid $0! They didnt have to do that, but they did. Great integrity! I may not have been a Bomnin customer before, but I am now and will go to them when I purchase my next vehicle. More
