Service was horrible. Brought My car in for timing chain issue. They told me it was the PCM, replaced the PCM, still the same issue. Salesman left the business and no one ordered my vehicle until I called repeatedly 2 months later. I called 5 times before anyone got back to me. They tried to brush it off by ordering the vehicle in haste until I called repeatedly 2 months later. I called 5 times before anyone got back to me. They tried to brush it off by ordering the vehicle in haste the day I called however, I had asked to review the build per the previous salesman's recommendation since all the 2024 specs were not available at the time we set it up. Sales manager attempted to make things right but scheduled a meeting with me and forgot about it. Once we had the meeting he failed to follow-up with information he promised to provide within 3 days. He was nice and polite but very dismissive of my frustration and seemed incapable of correcting it. His solution seemed to be that its okay, the vehicle is ordered, and everything will be fine and it will all be worth it once I see the vehicle. But he never provided the cost of this vehicle. I don't believe they cared whether I bought the vehicle or not-- so I didn't. More
