El señor Carlos de Jesús, todo un profesional y respetuoso caballero, me atendió como nunca he recibido una atención en Miami. Este señor es todo un ejemplo en costumer service, ojalá encontraramos profesionales con esta preparación, conocimiento y profesionalidad en todos los dealer. Si la última vez me fui desencantado del dealer de la Chevrolet situada en la US-1, hoy mi criterio es todo lo contrario, tengo la mejor opinión que un cliente puede tener de un servicio recibido. Me quedé tan impactado de la atención en este dealer que aunque me quede más distante de mi hogar será mi centro de referencia y el lugar escogido para continuar dándole servicio a mi carro. False advertising Visited dealer with a lease deal I had received through email on a cruze. The deal failed to disclose that dealer fee will be added to inceptions, even though it lists other fees, it also fails to mention other dealer installed features i.e. $299 for wheel locks, who needs wheel locks on a base model cruze. The salesman agreed with my claim but the manager did not honor the advertised deal claiming "all dealers charge a dealer fee" like if it is the law of the land. Also be advised they charge 389 "doc fee" which I find absurd for a process that probably cost $40. I'll be filing a complain with the BBB and general attorney's office against this dealer's false advertising tactics. More
