Professional Car Service After today I am committed to Bondy Ford in Dothan for all my repair work - and if I were in the market for a new/used car I would most likely engage After today I am committed to Bondy Ford in Dothan for all my repair work - and if I were in the market for a new/used car I would most likely engage their dealership. Joel was my service technician, Vicki my customer service rep - both were exceptional. Originally I went to Bondy's about six months ago because I had some mechanical issues while driving in Dothan - they completed the repairs and I was on my way. Since I live in Enterprise, I had some radiator issues and decided to take my car to the Ford dealership there - which they fixed and charged me roughly $500. Well, couple of months latter the car is leaking fluid, overheating and the smell coming from the engine is awful. So, reluctant to take it back to the Enterprise Ford dealer - I drive to Dothan and Bondy. got there near closing, dropped my car off and they drove me over for a rental - $30 a day. Can't beat it. Anyway, within an hour of getting to work the next day Joel calls and they have found the issue - exactly what the Enterprise folks told me they fixed and billed me for. Long story short - Joel and the Bondy team repaired my car, Vicki helped me get back and forth with the rental - within 24 hours I have a smooth running car. Also asked them to check my brakes - since the Enterprise Ford dealer told me they needed replacement - well, it turns out I still have some pad left and the brakes are good - Bondy of Dothan - I'm a fan! More
