Kenny and Marlos were absolutely amazing. Kenny Beasley was our salesman and he made the process so smooth, pulled the car immediately and walked me through all car features. Marlos immediately started working on my power of attorney and had all the paperwork ready to sign in a matter of 30 minutes. Kenny had patience with me and my two screaming children, allowing me to feel comfortable in my decision. I highly recommend if you are military, dealing with a POA, or just wanting a good experience.

I have recalls on all of my Fords, which is four. I brought this car up because they said the recall was available, which is one hour from my house. Apparently, the recall isn’t actually available. Of my four Ford vehicles, only one has an available recall. Needless to say, Ford won’t be a future purchase of mine.

Make sure it is the vehicle you want if you make a deposit!!! I understand overhead and inventory; but PLEASE make sure it is the vehicle you want if you make a deposit as it is non refundable per their policy!!! My experience was subpar; but the GM Scott rectified the situation immediately once he was notified given my specific situation/circumstances. I discussed with Scott that there should be a disclosure put in effect to notify the consumer. Thank you Scott for understanding the circumstances and being a stand up business owner to do what is right and rectify the situation.

Left my 2020 F150 for service. On the way home checked my tire pressure. One tire was very low. They had told me I needed tires but didn't even check the pressure. A day or 2 later the washer fluid light came on. They hadn't checked the fluid. I decided to Check the coolant. No coolant visible. Had to use a stick to find coolant level. Wonder if they actually changed the oil.

Monday morning I received a call from salesman Hunter Rondello from Thomasville office. He was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was professional, kind, honest and made the purchase so easy and quick. Best experience ever buying a vehicle. I have been to Ed Sherling a few times and the guys in the service department went above and beyond to accommodate me. They have worked with me on the price of the service, they have done an oil change without an appointment. I was on my way to fish a tournament and got a nail in my tire, and the service rep went in the back and plugged my tire so I could get on the road. I have had multiple problems with a big named service company and they have tried to ruin my truck. I will not go back to anyone else except Ed Sherling. Also, the guys who work in the parts department are awesome too. They have gone above and beyond to find the right parts when I have needed them. They are also going to order my lift, tires and wheels for my truck. I recommend you get to know the employees at Ed Sherling Ford and let them get to know you. Ms. Sherling called me tonight and asked me about my experience at her dealership. I told her that I will not be taking my truck to anyone else while I am in Enterprise. She asked me to tell her if I ever have anything negative to say, I told her that I would. I believe if you want good service, you need to get out and introduce yourself and deal with people face to face. Just for calling me, Ms. Sherling will have my business and you should give them a fair shot at earning yours.

Service department was terrible they spilt oil all over my engine and then on the way home home it got all over my vehicle. They took my vehicle back the next day to clean it and it is still a mess they didn't clean anything. It is evident that they don't care about your investment because you spend 50 to 60 thousand so now that they have your money they could care less about helping you keep it appropriately maintained! They didn't even fill the oil completely so be aware! They should fix the problem that THEY created!!! If I was their boss they would all have been terminated immediately!!!!

I recently went to Collier Ford. I showed up a few minutes before they were to close, but Mr Byron Taylor was extremely pleasant regardless. He was extremely fair in pricing, trustworthy, considerate, and easy to work with. I plan to use his dealership for my car maintenance.
