My wife and I were stopped at a F-150 on the lot that caught our eye when Gary Bryan arrived and offered to answer any questions. From that moment on he has provided everything possible to insure our buying experience was a positive one. The current technology in our new F-150 was unlike anything I have been accustomed to, there were a lot of new bells and whistles and I had a number of questions which were expertly answered to my satisfaction. Gary even helped us upload cell phone address books and set up our phones in the truck blue tooth mode for hands free use. He is the first car salesmen I have dealt with that made us feel like we were dealing with an old friend rather than a pushy salesman. That personal service continues today now two months after the sale. I certainly would recommend him and Bondy's to anyone looking for personal service. More

In September 2011 I was internet shopping for a used jeep wrangler.Bondys had a 2006 jeep golden eagle edition;I called them and offered them a price.They accepted the offer.I couldn't make it to the dealers wrangler.Bondys had a 2006 jeep golden eagle edition;I called them and offered them a price.They accepted the offer.I couldn't make it to the dealership for 2 weeks;They said for $500 they would hold it.I agreed.Made the 4 1/2 hr. drive to find out they had misrepresented the jeep.The softtop on the passenger side corner would not pull down and seal.They tried to knock off $100.I told them to fix it and I would buy it.The assistant sales manager tried to talk to me as if I had never owned a jeep.I told him I have owned a wrangler and a samauri.We left the dealership and found the jeep dealership in Dothan.I bought a 2011 wrangler.Long story short,they would not refund my $500 after misrepresenting the jeep.Stay away From this dealership. They never once asked for anymore down than I had told them we could swing. He had the monthly notes right where they needed to be. He did explain other options and allowed us plenty of time to reveiw and pick what suited us best. No pressure and no hype. I am 53 years old and have bought many cars at many differant dealers and have to say with no dought this was the most pleasent and stress free deal I have ever made.
