I'm sorry you hear you were disappointed with your recent visit. We value our repeat customers and want do all we can to keep the relationship intact. After talking with the used car manager he explained that he was sorry that we couldn't make the deal work for your budget, he said he discounted the car as much as he could and even added more to your trade in just to try and earn your business again. If there is another vehicle that would work for your budget please let me or your salesperson know so we can see if that gets you to where you need to be financially.
