Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you were pleased with the trim repair. We're sorry to hear you're still experiencing concerns with your Apple CarPlay. During your visit, our technician tested the system using both an Android Auto device and a separate iPhone 16 with Apple CarPlay but was unable to duplicate the concern. We also verified that your vehicle's infotainment system was up to date and found no available software updates. Because Apple CarPlay relies on both the vehicle's infotainment system and the connected phone, intermittent concerns can sometimes be difficult to duplicate and may originate from either device or the connection between them. If the concern continues, we'd be happy to have you bring your vehicle back so we can perform additional testing, check for any newly released software updates, and gather more information to help identify the cause.
