bought a car about 7 months ago from this dealership. Everything seem to be done correctly and seem to be on the up and up. But sense then the service and staff have turned. first we had a issue with getting the car connect, asked the sales men who sold us the car to help he said come on by we can get it working, (Don) he was little to no help and when we asked the service department we were turned away and told that person was not in, I guess they only had one tech that did that? Well whatever, after deep diving on reddit and a little youtube car videos we got it working. Secondly comes today, I noticed that the tire pressure was low in my front tire, filled it up with air and took it to my trusted tire store to have them look at it, because at this point Kia was no help with anything in the begin why would they help now. got my tires scanned and the tech pointed out there is 3 different tires on the car which was causing issue with the wear on them. Now to the fun part, Kia was supposed to put on new tires when we got the car, the salesman told us he would get some tires on the car, little did I know that meant 2 tires not all four, should have got that in writing and should have checked all four tires. Called today to let them know i was super unhappy with this issue. Was told it is what it is by the service manager. I get it all sales are final, and I really am only writing this to let other people know read everything, check everything, hold your dealer accountable and always wish them the day they deserve and to Don the one who sold us the car, good on you, got played and have learned from this. Overcharged for the vehicle, sold a paint protection that didn't cover paint issue. Stay away from this dealership I could go on forever with our experience with sales and service. Now they are jerking us around for canceling a service contract. I have canceled service contracts on multiple vehicles and was never subjected to these demands. More
