Scram artist. arranty for life is a joke their customer service sucks. I purchased the extended warranty that covers ten oil changes. I’ve only used maybe 7-8 and when I went in they said that I had no more oil changes left. When I asked them to show many I’ve recieved he said he couldn’t find the information. If jiffy lube can keep a record of how many oil change I’ve recieved so can Boniface. They can they choose not to because they’re messing around. They’re a bunch of scam artist I wouldn’t go there with a gun to my head. They were taking advantage of me as a 22 year old. Take your business elsewhere it’s not worth it. Supposedly with this warranty I was to receive new windshield wiper. Never happened. They busted my tire pressure sensor wanted 200 dollars to fix it. Just a bunch scam artist. More

Repairs to my 2016 Kia Forta I went in because my AC wasn't putting out cold air, it was warm even after 20 minutes. I do understand it is hot outside. It had been doing fine till a couple weeks ago, I took it in twice to Kia. They have done all they can do to please me. Tiger and the team are great! They want me to be happy with the results. So far, since the last visit, it has blown very cold air. I hope it continues to do so. I really don't want to have to take it back in but they assured me if it "acts up" again I am to bring it back to them. I am very pleased with the way I was treated and respected. He happens to be still working for the same Kia dealer and besides the fact of being able to see him again, I was glad that he was able to answer some questions I had when I took my Soul for service 7/10/2018.
