Service was good. However I came in for my 30,000mi service and brought in my dealership coupons ghat were nailed to me for the different items being servic was good. However I came in for my 30,000mi service and brought in my dealership coupons ghat were nailed to me for the different items being serviced and was told I could not use them. So why was I mailed coupons if I can not use them? Also I was told I need new tires and was told because of this my tires that they rotated were not balanced nor was an alignment done. I have not heard of this before. Tires are always balanced when rotated. And also my husband who is a mechanic checked my tires and I have plenty of thread on them. What tires go out in 30,000mi? More
