I will recommend to everyone!! I went to the Ford dealership near me and long story short, I attempted to buy a used 2015 Kia Soul and they let me take the car and 3 weeks later tol I went to the Ford dealership near me and long story short, I attempted to buy a used 2015 Kia Soul and they let me take the car and 3 weeks later told me I needed to give it back because I wasn't approved. At that point I was so emotionally distressed over losing my first car, that I lost all hope in getting approved anywhere or ever trusting a dealer again. I took a shot in the dark and messaged Matt Powers, whom id need countless times posting on Facebook about helping people with not-so-great credit. He replied almost immediately telling me that what Ford had done to me was wrong and he wanted to do everything he possibly could to help me and he then recommended I go into Boniface Hiers to speak with Sandi. Let me just say... WOW. Sandi was the sweetest woman I have ever met and she was so honest and straight forward about what I was going to be doing and why I was going to be doing it. She took me to test drive a 2018 Kia Soul, which I fell completely in love with, and showed me all the ins and outs of the car. (She was SO knowledgeable!) We then went in and filled out all the necessary paperwork and she got me freaking APPROVED. I am so incredibly happy with the service I got, the trusting relationship I just gained out of this experience, and I am absolutely 100% right-fitted and in love with my new car!! I would recommend anyone in a tough situation to see Sandi, she's amazing and will do her best and beyond to get you into a car! I loved this experience and I will return to Sandi in the future!! I happened to mention to Yves that I may be in the market to trade in my Optima soon, he immediately took me to meet Sandi, the sales rep. I told her I wasn't ready to deal right this minute but she could follow-up with me periodically to see where I was in the buying process. She contacted me as promised, and she informed of some financing options that, quite frankly, I had not even considered. Sandi's sales technique is very professional and non-pressuring, negotiations were quick and I was very pleased with the deal I got for the car I wanted. More

I could have purchased any car from another Kia dealership that was closer to us, but why when you are treated with "dignity". Boniface Kia at this dealership goes way beyond to make our visit a special and unforgettable one. For those other individuals who would rather buy a new car from a closer dealership than driving extra miles to get the best deal before and after. As for other dealerships, when you buy a new car you are treated so nicely because they want your business but when you return for issues or service, they forget who you are.
