Excellent Service I've had a Kia for many years. The original service team years ago was good but this current service team is Great! Tiger, Yves and the girls are alw I've had a Kia for many years. Tiger, Yves and the girls are always very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your service experience. They do not try to push services you do not need and their pricing is always competitive. I recently bought a new car and contemplated buying something other than a Kia. I stuck with a Kia due to the service department. I didn't want to risk going elsewhere and not being treated in the manner I'd grown accustomed! More

Great experiences with customer service! I had an ongoing issue with my check engine light coming on for 4 weeks straight and on the last time I brought my car in I was told that they needed I had an ongoing issue with my check engine light coming on for 4 weeks straight and on the last time I brought my car in I was told that they needed to keep it and find out exactly what the problem was. They offered me a loaner vehicle which I accepted so that I could get back and forth to work. On the 4th day of my car being at the shop, Yves called to !et me know my car was ready to be picked up. The final result was that all 4 injectors had been replaced which was at the recommendation of Kia even though only 1 was the problem. I always have a great experience when I go to the dealership, the Team is always so nice and informative and always willing to help with any situation when it comes to my car! I'm glad I chose Kia as my current vehicle! More
