Professional, friendly, comfortable environment I had just started out for a weekend away, when my ac went out. I took my car in the next morning hoping for a simple fix. After several tests a few things came up and you needed to keep my car. Ben, my service advisor explained everything in detail to me. He did everything he could to get me out the door so it might be possible to continue my trip. I was given a very nice loaner car at no cost to me. He even made sure the gas tank was full. I appreciated the thorough inspection of my car as my battery was about to go and my tires need to be replaced soon. Being a single female, I want to know my car is reliable. Even though this was an unexpected expense, I was so lucky all of this did not happen on the road. Thank you Ben for all your help. Great job. More
