The only negative was the cleaning of the dash by the detail crew. I have a dash mat plus a solar figure which sets upon the mat. This was left disassembled plus the mat was crumpled up on the dash. No thought as to putting it back where it belonged. This is a small detail but wanted to mention it as I am sure u want your customers input in their experiences at the dealership.
