I previously shared a review regarding the issue I had with the gap refund and how hard it was to communicate with Frankie. I took that down and posting this one instead as I’m happy to say I got my gap refund after 4 weeks finally. HUGE shoutout to Joe and Chelsea for helping me with this and taking initiative. I will continue giving business to this dealer as they’ve helped me with repairs in the past and are always kind with the service department. Just a lesson learned in reaching out to others, if one manager doesn’t work out, reach out to another (specifically Joe with internet sales) and put your foot down. Despite the wasted time I had that happened, I’m glad this worked out. More
