I call before hand and talk to Dayana one of their employees and she assure me that I wont have no problem to get the vehicle and when I get to the dealer found out that she ask for the day off and didn't even let anyone know that I was coming or call me to let me know that she won't be there since she knew I was driving 3 1/2 hours to get there. Very irresponsible employees and I loose my time and money to get there because they didn't wanted to make the sale I hope the owner of the dealer see this so he can know the kind of employees that he has and do something about it so this won't happen to anyone else.
