I visisted Bonneville and Son last month to check out their Jeep selection. Norm Vachon was kind and courteous during my vehicle search and helped me find the Jeep of my dreams. He went over and above by catering to my schedule and even coming in on his day off to deliver the vehicle which was perfectly clean, and ready to go as agreed. With his knowledge of the vehicle and the policies we were fully satisfied and had the Jeep home within 24 hrs of our first encounter. I am highly impressed with the service, quality, Norms friendliness and my overall experience of Bonneville and Son-making my first vehicle purchase a pleasant experience. However, we were referred to Bonneville & Son and salesman, Norm Vachon, by a friend who had recently purchased a vehicle from Norm and was thrilled with his experience. When we met Norm for the first time, we knew within just a few minutes that we had not only found a very caring and trustworthy sales person, but a new friend. Norm made us feel very comfortable, understood our budget, & didn't try to push us into a vehicle that was was beyond our means. We finally found someone who listened to our wants/needs, was patient, made our experience enjoyable, and who made sure that we as customers were 100% satisfied. My fiance purchased a new 2012 Jeep Wrangler in June and loves it. We were so satisfied with the service that I also returned to Bonneville two months later and purchased a 2011 Dodge Nitro. Both experiences were great working with Norm and the Bonneville team. I would recommend these folks in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They all truly work hard to make sure their customers are well taken care of & that they get the best deal possible. You won't find this kind of service anywhere else. More

I am really amazed to see all the positive reviews on this dealership. The only redeeming quality of my visit to this dealership was the salesperson I dealt with who was very personable and friendly whil this dealership. The only redeeming quality of my visit to this dealership was the salesperson I dealt with who was very personable and friendly while we were outside, and who happened to mention all the good things about this dealership on this website. All was good until I stepped inside this dealership. I could not believe the amount of yelling and screaming and swearing going on between one of the other salespeople and some manager in the back of the showroom. I later learned that the owner, Mr. Bonneville was sitting right at the desk in the middle of the showroom and didn't even bother to get involved. In fact, he seemed the least bit interested. I couldn't believe that the owner would allow this stuff to happen and seemingly not care that his customers were being exposed to this. Nor did anyone really apologize. Truly unprofessional in my opinion. If this happened where I worked, heads would roll. Like I said, the salesperson did nothing wrong but unfortunately lost the sale because of my experience and the fact that the owner didn't seem to care about his customers or other employees. I was told this happens a lot too, wrong answer. Yeah, I want to give you my money. No Thanks. I couldn't get out of there soon enough. More

I was refered to Bonneville & Son in Manchester by a friend that I work with, who had just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler . He said that this dealership was great. I was looking for a newer Jeep so I took his advise and went. I worked with Norm Vachon. Norm was extremely helpful and willing to work with me. Other sales people I have delt with in the past just did not have the personality one would want in a sales rep but Norm was great to my husband and I. He was funny, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I am extremely greatful for all the time and care he put in for us. I love the 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado that I purchased at Bonniville & Son. Their prices were better then i expected, and I couldn't have been treated any better then what I was. The quality of the Jeep I bought was great. If I hadn't known better I would have thought it to be brand new. So happy we went to Bonniville & Son. I won't go anywhere else when the time comes for my next Jeep. More

After going to Bonneville & Son, I can tell you that I could not be happier with the outcome. I worked closely with Matthew Chagnon and Bill Dann. Both were extremely helpful and willing to work closely with me to see that I ended up with the vehicle that I had my heart set on. In the end, I purchased a brand new 2012 Dodge Journey SXT. I am extremely happy with the vehicle and happy with the customer service that I received. Thank you Bonneville & Son for such a wonderful experience! More
Purchasing the new truck from Gloria and Norm was a pleasure, I feel they worked hard to make a fair, honest deal we both could walk away happy. I still at this moment am hesitant to bring the vehicle in for service. More
