Good afternoon, Christina, I am sorry to hear you are having this issue with your Jeep. I spoke to your Service advisor Luis, and he remembers talking to you about this issue. He says he had advised you to call us or stop back by if you had the issue again and we would look into it further as our technician could not duplicate the concern when he drove your Jeep and did check it over without finding anything wrong at the time.
