We paid you $735.00 for our latest full maintenance last week tires rotation included. When pick up our truck, she had black rims in her rear dusky tires. We read the manual and immediately knew that on these kind of trucks you have to leave the rims in the same place they come from factory, and what you rotate a balance are the tires NOT THE RIMS. We called and complaint. The answer of your team: ohh no we charged you for an $18.00 rotation. The one your truck requires costs $183.00 My replay: why you didn’t told us? His reply: so do you want it? Or not? Yes We responded. Since we hollow million dollars jumpers and hunters sport horses for us and others, we can not take such risk. 4 days passed. Our truck still untouched by your team at your parking lot where we left her. At fifth day we sent our personal mechanic to pick up the truck, you charged my bank card $183.00 and change. My mechanic calls me and said the tire rotation still not well done. He explains to your service mechanics the right way to do it. Next day. They called “Your truck is ready.” Still the same. My mechanic gets upset. Picks up the truck. You credit the charge back to my bank card. I lost a trip of 6 show jumpers to Ocala Florida. My truck still wrong. Thank you. More
