On vacation and needed a new vehicle I was heading to Beech Mountain for a family vacation and when I got there my vehicle broke down. Ross was the second dealership I seen so I pulled in. To sum up a long story from beginning to end of the buying process was a true pleasure. Brett Silver, my salesman, is exactly what you would want when you go 8nto a dealership. I told him my dilemma and he help me find a great vehicle and got my family in a vehicle we love. Excellent Customer Service We started shopping around for a new jeep a couple of weeks ago. We viewed online deals , called dealerships and visited dealerships. We decided on Ross Jeep Dealership in Boone NC and we were treated like royalty. The used car manager asked Brett Silver to help us find the exact jeep we wanted. Brett did just that and quickly. Brett went above and beyond in providing customer service. He did exactly what he told us he would do. When he said he would stay in touch, he did. He made us feel like we were family. Not only did he deliver the prefect vehicle for us ; he took time to explain every feature. We took a test drive and he filled the gas tank. In all of our car buying experiences this ranks at the top. We are so thankful for how easy Brett made the whole experience. He had all the paperwork completed before we sat down, a few signatures and we were driving our new jeep home. Awesome Customer Service! RoosJeep I couldn't have asked for any better service. I called about a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that I had test drove a few weeks prior and spoke to the same S I couldn't have asked for any better service. I called about a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that I had test drove a few weeks prior and spoke to the same Salesperson. I mentioned to him that I was interested in test driving the Jeep again but wasn't able to get there until around 3pm and that I would like to drive it overnight. I knew it was a long shot seeing how I live 2 hours away but thought I would give it a try. When I got there the Jeep was at the side of the building waiting with a full tank of gas. I was shocked and the fact that they were going to let me drive it home overnight. We took the Jeep back the next day and made them an offer, not thinking that they would take it, but they did. We took care of all the paperwork and while we were doing that someone had taken the Jeep and cleaned it up and topped of the gas tank. If I ever need another Jeep Ross will definitely be my first stop. More
