Made the selection process so easy. No pressure what so ever. Even gave me his direct line so I could contact him if I needed to before returning the next day. I love that even though we couldn’t make it there until an hour before closing he took his time and I didn’t feel rushed through the test drive or even seeing another model of the same type of vehicle. Chris in finance made the finalization of the sale feel like sitting with a friend rather than being hovered over or pressured to add every extra warranty. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and equally important, he is quick and efficient. We had our 22 month old daughter with us and he helped us get in and out of the dealership before she got impatient or out of sorts - that says A LOT! More

I went to do my oil change 2 days ago . And the power went out. My car have to stay in the dealer. But they did really good job and give me a rental car. I work nights at Chicago. Tori call And the power went out. My car have to stay in the dealer. But they did really good job and give me a rental car. I work nights at Chicago. Tori call me the next day and today I was able to pick up my car they did the oil change and wash the car very good customer service.I buy this Chevy Equinox .God Bless Everything they do. More

I brought my car in for new tires and when I went to pick it up the windshield was cracked. I told them that it was cracked and wasn’t that way when I dropped it off. One of the service techs went out to loo it up the windshield was cracked. I told them that it was cracked and wasn’t that way when I dropped it off. One of the service techs went out to look at it and said it was a rock chip and when they ran it through the wash it cracked with the change in temperature. First I heard of this and who authorized a car wash? They go on and say it was a rock chip and the car wash is complimentary. After giving them an earful I sped off the lot doing a burnout with my new tires. The service manager Shawn called me after and tried to rectify the situation by offering me a new windshield for $500. You gotta be kidding you’ll be lucky to get an oil change out of me. I guess the wash is complimentary and so is the cracked windshield. I might have to reach out to the BBB on this one. More
