I was interested in a Volvo XC70 because it seemed to be one of the two or three cars that best fit my needs. He was personable, not pushy, knowledgeable and worked with me closely and patiently to take care of all the little details, as well as the big ones, that inevitably come up with a purchase of a car. I stopped off at the dealership one evening 2 years ago to "look" at the new S60. Russell was extremely knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. More importantly, however, when I had to be persistent with the service department, Russell acted as a go-between, stood up for me, and helped to resolve the issues in a most satisfactory manner. I would recommend Russell to anyone--I've purchased many cars, and I've never had this much fun through the process. As for the service department, Steve Duffy is the most knowledgeable and patient person at the dealership--he knows the vehicles inside and out. He spent all kinds of time helping to resolve a problem I had with a chassis vibration, working through various causes and solutions until he and Sal Amica, the shop foreman, came up with the right one. Russell and Steve are now my "team," and I couldn't be more pleased. More
