I decided to go to Boucher GMC, because my husband services his truck there and he has always gotten the best service. I wanted to look at the GMC Acadia. With just looking in mind, and me not knowi services his truck there and he has always gotten the best service. I wanted to look at the GMC Acadia. With just looking in mind, and me not knowing anything about this truck, I wanted to get a closer look at the inside and get some more information about the truck. Nathan Liss was the first salesman to approach me. I had a few questions to ask, and Nate answered all of them plus!!! He pulled up an Acadia for me, and showed me the inside. As he was showing me all the features of the truck, he was very detailed about each and every feature. He explained things to me and showed me every inch of the truck with great detail. At this point, he didn't even hassle me, or make me feel pressured about a thing. Nate was very professional, and I would recommend him to anyone! As my husband and I were done looking at the truck, we went into the building to sit down and talk. Again, very professional and organized! We were approached by another salesman, who also was very nice. Of all the dealers we have been to in the past, I have got to say, that this dealership is very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond! I decided to lease my vehicle, as I usually get bored with driving things for too many years at a time, and I am very pleased with my decision. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the General Manager asked me if I was treated with respect and wanted to know how my experience was at Boucher. All I can tell you is, they are the BEST! Shopping for a new vehicle is stress in itself, but they made it fun and enjoyable. I will definitely be getting my next car or truck from them! Hands down, Nate and the Boucher team are the BEST! Thank you for the most enjoyable car shopping experience I have ever taken part of!! Way to go!!! More

Drove 120 miles to see a vehicle only to find out it was sold. I both emailed and called before I left letting them now I was coming! Poor salesmanship! Poor communication! I was very happy with the manner I was treated by Jonathan. He answered all my questions without making me feel silly. He was la;yed back and I did not feel pressured in any way. He was able to locate a vehicle I wanted out of state in a very prompt fashion. I really didn't know what I wanted when I first went to the dealership. I had test driven many other crossovers and dealt with several other salesmen. Jonathan was the only one that didn't make me feel like it was a waste of his time to wait on a woman!!! My only complaint is that the closing didn't start until 1 o'clock even thought it was scheduled at noon. (Finance person apparently not ready). More
The dealer has the worst after sale service for used cars. I bought an Acura recently. The moment i steped out, I noticed the handsfree system in my car not working. That would cost me $400 to fix. Since it was a recent purchase, I thought dealer will help me out as the buyer's guide mentioned that all electronics are working. But the used car manager just said that its not our problem as no waranty was purchased and hung up on me. I have had 5 cars till now and this has been my worst experience ever in terms of custmer service. More
I worked with Tony Ranieri on a purchase of a new Buick Enclave. Everything went well, he was very knowledgeable of all of the vehicles and was very helpful in getting me the payments I wanted. Andrea in the finance department was also great with getting the finance going, explaining additional coverage, and getting us the options needed. This was also late on a Saturday evening after the dealership was already closed and we were not rushed at all. More

Jon Adams was very professional, courteous and communicative throughout the entire process. Not once was I wondering the status or the progress of my vehicle. The tech took the time to diagnose the problem and did a great job fixing it. Jon went the extra mile to walk me back and show me what the tech had done and that my vehicle was being well cared for. Gary Rynders and the tech both went to bat for me with GM in getting the engine replaced as opposed to a band-aid repair. I’ve worked at a dealership in a past life and know firsthand how it can be sometimes difficult to deal with the manufacturer. Fighting for the new engine has saved the both of us future problems, and I’m glad Gary's view of customer service is as such. Too often you only hear about the things that went wrong. You’ve earned a long-term customer based on this experience. More
