I purchased a brand new Sierra 3 weeks ago. There are flaws and I haven't heard from anyone in 2 weeks until I inquired today and was told someone would get back to me! gmc work truck Not a great experience. Asked twice for the service manager to get in touch with me. Have heard nothing. Many issues. Brakes - installed new brakes Not a great experience. Asked twice for the service manager to get in touch with me. Have heard nothing. Many issues. Brakes - installed new brakes on the front. Charged different price than quoted. Emissions - thought it was being covered, never given a price to proceed. Then parts on back order. Then came the surprise of the cost. Oil leaks - never had an oil leak in the garage where it's stored. But told for $2200 that it needs oil pan seal fixed, new oil lines and oil cooler replaced. Took it to another certified mechanic and they inspected exactly what the write up was for and only found an ever so slight leak on a hose around a clamp. Fixed for $45. I don't like being taken advantage of. More
