EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I was driving when I had a warning come on my vehicle indicating that my tire was flat. I didn't know what to do but drive directly to Boucher GMC. REGGIE was the best!! Even though I just showed up without an appointment he made sure that I was being taken care of in a timely matter. Turns out I had two bad tires with leaks. He got them on order, picked up and on my car in only a little over an hour. I cannot tell you how pleased and relieved I was. And during this time, Reggie came to advise what exactly was happening to keep me up to date. Boucher GMC is where I have had my last two vehicles leased from and serviced at and I will continue to do so. More

Almost Satisfied - Always Takes Forever Oil change, tire rotation, and wash took almost two hours, when told it should only be 45min/1hr. Almost completely satisfied. Oil change and tire rotation went well. Dissatisfied that GM could not resolve our tire pressure issues. The day after the service appointment, the Oil change and tire rotation went well. Dissatisfied that GM could not resolve our tire pressure issues. The day after the service appointment, the tire pressure monitor indicated that each tire had a different pressure and continues to do so. How frustrating!!! More
