Dissapointed with the Service writer. Told it would be 2 hours for service work. at 2hours and 15 minutes I asked him how much longer, he said he would check and after another 20 minutes a Told it would be 2 hours for service work. at 2hours and 15 minutes I asked him how much longer, he said he would check and after another 20 minutes at which time he still had not checked for me , I told him I needed my vehicle, I could not wait , I needed to get things done that I had to do , I then got my vehicle back a few minutes later. Service needs to do better What started off to be a normal service visit quickly turned out to be a bad one. Due to a miscommunication from a service advisor and I and having to What started off to be a normal service visit quickly turned out to be a bad one. Due to a miscommunication from a service advisor and I and having to deal with Alex the Service Manager was not a pleasant experience at all. No matter how little or big the job all customers should be treated highly. Not only did I feel belittled but I will not be returning. It’s sad because when I had to go back to correct some issues that were left on my vehicle, Chris was phenomenal and really went above and beyond but I wish that treatment was given all along from the others. It was too late. That location being so convenient it is unfortunate that I refuse to go back and risk another mishap. More
