Justin is dismissive and lacks customer service. I have also encountered this with others there. Not very friendly there. This is the most I have ever spent on a car and it is the worst service. They did not even replenish the charge they used for my electric car when it was serviced so I had 55 miles left on my car when I picked it up so had to drive straight home because the cold weather takes more battery when driving. They come across as they just don’t care about customers and they don’t want to be there. More

They took 4 times to fix our car but there ,it was a little annoying bringing the car back and forth but they made up for it in the way they treated us,very polite everyone we delt with,including my sal little annoying bringing the car back and forth but they made up for it in the way they treated us,very polite everyone we delt with,including my salesman Dylan,they kept getting the wrong part so it wasn’t there fault,just don’t know how GM can send the wrong part that many times.
