Joe Hacker is the best salesperson. He went out of his way to help me. I went in for oil change they didn’t put oil cap back on I had oil all over engine I had to go back for them to clean. I could have haD MY ENGINE freeze if this was not discovered. All they said was sorry I had oil all over engine I had to go back for them to clean. I could have haD MY ENGINE freeze if this was not discovered. All they said was sorry it was a mistake. Never offered to totally compensate…. My 6th Cadillac from them. I will never go back. More
