Had a 9am Appt for recall work. Was supposed to take an hour & a half or so. I had to call after 5hrs for an update. I understand they were short staffed that day but I thought 6 1/2hrs was a bit excessive hour & a half or so. I had to call after 5hrs for an update. I have been going to another dealership for service for years. By chance they couldn’t get me in for service, so I contacted Boucher Cadillac. They were able to get me in sooner. Very friendly, helpful, informative. I appreciated the promptness, not having to wait. I even was given a ride to Kohls across the street so I would not have to walk.
