I dealt with Dan Colla and Tim Taylor. Both were very professional. I've had my CT5 for over one year and it is quite pampered. Just now has 3K miles. We were in the market to find my husband a new suv, however when we drove past the dealership to kill some time, we ended up meeting Brendan. He was one of the best sales person I have worked with. He was not pushy, answered all our questions and helped every step of the way. When we had a "glitch" with the finance dept. he was willing to jump in and help straighten things out. Boucher provides the service you expect as a Cadillac owner. My service writer Tim, was competent, efficient, caring and communicative. I am pleased with the service performed.
