This is about the buying process. This was the worse car buying experience I have ever had. They blamed buying a used car that was a Chevrolet dealer, owned by the same auto group that they had no idea of buying experience I have ever had. They blamed buying a used car that was a Chevrolet dealer, owned by the same auto group that they had no idea of the recalls and problems with the car and engine problems using extensive oil. Interestingly enough they put that same engine in their Cadillac vehicles that they service. Would you buy a car from here????? We dealt with the sales manager at the time who assigned it to a sales person. More

Ryan Young was fantastic to work with. What should have taken a little over an hour took about 4 hours. I was not kept in the loop regarding the delays or the nature of the delays.
