I did my research and knew exactly what I wanted, a 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV. When I called, Don Jordan was very friendly and helpful. I explained what I wanted and he set up everything for me. Ryan Young came and took over. He was very friendly as he walked us to the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the Escalade, he showed us all the features and stepped back to let us inspect it. I didn't feel rushed and was very comfortable. I feel we got a very good deal. Ryan then took us to John Morgan for financing. John was fantastic. You hear stories about the "finance guy" but he was nothing like that. He took time to explain, in detail, everything i would be paying for with no pressure to get "add ons". I did get a warranty but he didn't push it on me, he gave me the information i needed to make an informed decision and i felt happy with my choice. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a quality vehicle and i plan to use them in the future for my next purchase. More

As per usual my buying experience was excellent!!!! All of the folks at Boucher Cadillac were very through and helpful. I have come to expect that as I have been buying vehicles from Boucher Dealerships f of the folks at Boucher Cadillac were very through and helpful. It helps that it is similar in driving experience to my Boucher Buick Enclave which proceeded it. My salesman Chris Sollman was very helpful.
