Drove out there on a whim to look at cars and make a purchase. Found one I liked and made an appointment to come back. Show up to the appointment to view a car and potentially purchase it. Drove out purchase. Found one I liked and made an appointment to come back. Show up to the appointment to view a car and potentially purchase it. Drove out there and got a call from the office assistant to verify my appointment while I was sitting at the desk with Joe. Find out the car had sold so we found another vehicle I could test drive and purchase. Set up an appointment later in the week to finalize the sale. I show up for my appointment and Joe was helping his son purchase a vehicle and was asked to hang out. 45 minutes later the manager Keith comes out and says they cant sell the car because they don't have the title. Now I have to set up another appointment to come back. The manager says he will compensate me for the time and miles. I drove there 4 different times and over 100 miles just to purchase a car. Finally get my car purchased and was given no compensation for the time wasted or the gas used getting there. Not even a week after owning the vehicle and my breaks are making noises. Will not be back to any Boucher dealership and have already told people to avoid Boucher and especially Boucher Cadillac. More

2 - 5 stars and 1 - 2 star Dan and Tim in service were both excellent to work with in setting up the appointment and working with me to get the car fixed. When I went to pick i Dan and Tim in service were both excellent to work with in setting up the appointment and working with me to get the car fixed. When I went to pick it up On a Saturday morning, I had a warning light on saying the suspension needs service which is what was supposed to be fixed. Gary in service gave very short answers and came across as if I was an inconvenience. When I asked why he was being rude, he said he wasn't but trying was to do 3 things at once. I asked for his business card. He tried to give me Dan's but I said no I wanted his. Instead of handing it to me, he threw it on the counter in front of me. Ending up have to get the manager involved. More
