Visit and purchase was not like what I've become accustom to at a Boucher dealership. Even no finance person was present to write up all the paperwork for a sell. Salesman said statistically, Tuesday's are t to at a Boucher dealership. Even no finance person was present to write up all the paperwork for a sell. Salesman said statistically, Tuesday's are their worst sales day, so finance person leaves early. Then had to wait for a finance person to come from another dealership. Start to finish, at dealership over 4 1/2 hours. More

Trouble with starting... battery in saver mode after 4 weeks Checked all systems, cleared all faults, had to have some software/firmware updated. Was down to 19% oil life so recommended oil change (done). Have A Checked all systems, cleared all faults, had to have some software/firmware updated. Tire issue and Rattling Noise I left a message for Gary over the weekend and he got me in on the following Monday. Tire had a nail in it that was not fixable unfortunately but the I left a message for Gary over the weekend and he got me in on the following Monday. Tire had a nail in it that was not fixable unfortunately but the rattling noise was just a bent piece of tin that was rubbing on the front driver side rotor. Just had to bend it to be out of the way. Noise gone now and I can sell my CTS with a peace of mind. As usual everything was very professional with Gary. More
