We had a coupon that is the reason we went to Boucher Chevrolet in Waukesha. I went in there with a Buick they took the coupon, but didn't do the work.We we're charged, as if all the work was done. If a job is not on the paperwork. It wasn't done. That my Fixed scanner diagnosis wasn't taking seriously by this dealership. It showed a problem with the driver's door front latch. They didn't bother checking it. My factory warranty was expiring in a few days. I needed the car checked out. I wanted the wiper blades replaced. They didn't do that either! I wanted to use my GM Rewards to pay for the wipers. I gave the advisor the last four numbers of my membership, which they need. He said that he would need the whole number! I said I would give him the number if needed, and he should let me know. They took my coupon, but didn't do the work, and charged me for the cost of the coupon. They did an A Works job. Did not do anything else. An oil, lube, and filter, multi point inspection. Rotate the tires, and visually check the brakes. The coupon included more for $99.95, but it wasn't done. I needed these other things done! So I made an appointment with Kunis Buick GMC. I went in there two days after Boucher. I was promptly greeted by a friendly service advisor. He listened to me, and took what I said seriously. They did the work, and also did a multi point inspection. Also checked to see if I needed an alignment. At this time they couldn't see a problem with the door latch. There was no charge for their service! More
