Friendly, patient and proactive. I walked in and was immediately given a friendly greeting, everything was clean, organized and inviting. I did a bit of research online before coming in but really didn't know what type of SUV I wanted and Erica was more then willing to take the time to help me figure that out. We went thru some questions together to help narrow down the list and she continued to show me a variety of vehicles even after finding out that I was a fan of the Mazda cx-5s (which she owned one herself) and didn't try to push any of the vehicles onto me. She even looked up vehicles from other boucher dealerships and offered to drive me to one, but I had somewhere to be. She then had the vehicle driven from an hr away so that I could look at it, at a later time. I would highly recommend using this dealership, especially if you get Erica Aken. She understood that I was ready to buy a vehicle, respected the price range I wanted to stay in and didn't try to push me to do something that I didn't want to do. More

Battery replacement Had trouble starting my 3500 silverado and had it jumped and it started right up. Made appt to have batteries checked. Both batteries failed. Boucher service replaced both batteries at not charge because of warranty. Very good service. More
