I recently moved back to the United States from being out of the country for almost two years. We were looking at the vehicles on the lot when approached by a very nice salesman Jerome. He shook our hands and introduced himself. He asked us what we were looking for and waited for us to explain ourselves before trying to "sell" us on anything. He was intent on what we wanted in a vehicle. He let us pick out what we were interested in only telling us the facts about the cars and answering our questions. My past experiences I have always been sold a car. I always felt that the sales associate was selling me the car they thought was best for me not selling me what I wanted. Jerome was different. Jerome sold me himself. He was caring and honest, he listened to what we had to say and was sincere. We stayed at Boucher that day, not because of the car we liked but because of the amazing sales representative Jerome.
