Time Consuming I get my oil changed here ever since I owned my car which was purchased here. My latest oil change took almost 2 hours which is unacceptable. I had I get my oil changed here ever since I owned my car which was purchased here. My latest oil change took almost 2 hours which is unacceptable. I had an appointment that I was actually early for and they took my car right away. However, I saw many people come in, get service and pay there bill and go after I was waited on yet I was never finished up. Something is wrong with the scheduling priorities for people that actually take the time to make an appointment where they do not get serviced promptly. Not a happy customer. More

Friendly I have come to the Waukesha Service Dept many times in the past few years and they always take care of my needs. Matt and his agents are courteous, a I have come to the Waukesha Service Dept many times in the past few years and they always take care of my needs. Matt and his agents are courteous, and understand what my needs are. I also have my children bring their cars there when necessary. I like the tire deals in the fall. The waiting room is great. If I need a loaner car, they always try to fix me up with one. More

Over a multi-year period, and numerous service advisors, they have proven themselves to be very good both technically and customer service-wise. I never feel like I am just a number; I always get a feeling of connection, and that they genuinely care. In addition, I get the feeling that the service advisor is trying to help me as much as they can, not just punch the clock. I also know enough about cars that I would be able to detect less-than-honorable upselling or deceit. That never happens to me at Boucher. They also seem to go farther to ensure my safety. More
