Service advisor was pushing drive train maintenance services that the maintenance manual stated did not need to be done for at least another 50,000 miles. They did repair the starter ahead of schedule, services that the maintenance manual stated did not need to be done for at least another 50,000 miles. They did repair the starter ahead of schedule, which was the reason for the visit. Felt like the advisor was on commission and was trying to upsell. My trust in their “advice “ has plummeted. More
Kim , Hands down was the best new car sales representative I’ve worked with when buying a new vehicle .She was very detailed and knowledgeable. Bought a car for $11,000, somehow it costed $15000 when I rolled off the lot. $4000 in “fees”? What a joke. Just be honest with the price then. rolled off the lot. $4000 in “fees”? What a joke. Just be honest with the price then. More
It is an amazing dealership. The mechanics are the best and got my car up and running quickly while diagnosing the correct problem. Outstanding job. The mechanics are the best and got my car up and running quickly while diagnosing the correct problem. Outstanding job. More

Brought my Chevy Volt in to have the EGR valve evaluated. The car showed the message “Propulsion Power Reduced” with associated check engine light. This is a very common problem with the Volt when the EGR sh The car showed the message “Propulsion Power Reduced” with associated check engine light. This is a very common problem with the Volt when the EGR shorts out and blows the F03 fuse. I told the scheduler all this and asked it specifically be evaluated. I agreed to the $175 fee. I was called later that day and was told that the dealership wanted $700 for investigating the issue and they told me all they did was replace a fuse (the exact one I told them was likely blown). There was no mention or apparent effort to diagnose the EGR valve. I was fully irritated that I was being charged the diagnostic fee just to tell me absolutely nothing, other than “we replaced a fuse.” I was given 1/2 off the diagnostic fee, but I still paid $90 for NO information, other than “we replaced a fuse.” This is unacceptable and why dealerships have a bad reputation when it comes to maintenance. I ended up ordering a new EGR valve so I can replace it myself. I won’t be coming back. This would have been a 1 star review had I not been given 1/2 the fee waived, but it’s still unacceptable to pay a”diagnostic fee“ and receive no diagnosis. More
Not happy about JUNK FEES My last visit was to just listen to a sound and you try to charge me a environmental fee. That is dishonest nothing was used that had anything to do with the environment. Other wise every one was great just the person who is trying to steal money from customers is a xxx. More
