Boucher Chevrolet of Waukesha - Service Center

Alec was super nice and did a great job for my oil change and tire rotation. He was great. I am disappointed by Boucher Chevy Waukesha in general. I bought a brand new Chevy Trailblazer from Boucher back in and tire rotation. He was great. I am disappointed by Boucher Chevy Waukesha in general. I bought a brand new Chevy Trailblazer from Boucher back in October and have had an issue with the radio/speaker system since. I had it in once for it to be looked at and they couldn’t do anything to fix it. Since then it got worse so I told my salesperson and sent photos and videos of the issues, then referred me to service department. Unfortunately I had a work conflict with my most recent appointment so emailed Boucher service department and said my boyfriend would be taking in my car with no response. The next day of my appointment my boyfriend brought my car in and they wouldn’t even look at it because they didn’t have my cell phone. As I’ve explained this has nothing to do with my phone it’s the whole screen and system and speakers. The Bluetooth doesn’t connect but it’s a lot of other problems too with the speaker making loud beeping sound and shutting down, making radio static on music (not radio) and more. Unfortunately I will be taking my business to a different Chevy dealership where I will receive better service. (I want to clarify that my boyfriend did not say anything to Alec when he told him they couldn’t look at it without my phone and since I wasn’t there it wasn’t explained further). However Alec was very friendly and made the rest of the experience positive. More

I was told when dropping car off for service it would take 2 hours, instead ended up sitting at dealership for 4 hours.
