I took my car in for an oil change, and they did not properly tighten the oil filter, which caused 2 quarts of oil to spill on my floor. They did sent a service tech out to my house to fix the issue an properly tighten the oil filter, which caused 2 quarts of oil to spill on my floor. They did sent a service tech out to my house to fix the issue and refill the oil, but I expected better quality service work than I received. More
