Devin was great, he greeting me when I walked in and helped me as the service rep I was there to see was busy with another client. Then my experience went down hill. The 1hr repair took 3hrs (I li helped me as the service rep I was there to see was busy with another client. Then my experience went down hill. The 1hr repair took 3hrs (I live far away so had to sit and wait), when the work was finally done the computer system wasn't working so they let me leave without the paperwork, confirming my email, and that they would email me when the system was up and running. I waited two days and then had to email them to ask for my paperwork. Also, the last two times I've been in for service they have not washed my car (it clearly needed to be washed both times), they asked if I wanted it washed, and I said yes, but both time it wasn't done. I think they have everything in place to be an excellent service department, but fall short on executing it. More
