Overall it was good. Techs were ready to receive the car at allotted time and they did a good job. Joe was very professional and helpful during both of my visits. He made sure that a loaner car was available for use while my own car was being worked on. He also went out of his way to call me several tim visits. He made sure that a loaner car was available for use while my own car was being worked on. He also went out of his way to call me several times to let me know of my vehicle status and any other vehicle recommendations. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pickup my vehicle before 5pm (which is when the service dept closed); however, this wasn't an issue since Joe setup for me to pickup my vehicle and paperwork in the sales center. The staff of the whole dealership was was friendly and helpful (service dept and sales dept). More
