Wouldn't listen to I or another mechanic telling him where the problem was! 3 mechanics said they could not find problem until the original mechanic I had gone too told them over the phone!! They seemed upset they had to remove the heat plates over manifold part!! Never received a call when they were done checking vehicle or when parts came in! I called both times! When fixed last time in, received call at 4:30pm vehicle done when I had dropped off at 8am. They close at 5pm. Joe acted rude and put off that the problem was covered by warranty! I could have saved a lot of time if he had listened to the mechanic on the phone when he was trying to tell him where to look for leak!! But instead set phone on counter so. not to listen!!! More
