I am very displeased with what happened yesterday. I had scheduled an oil change over 3 weeks ago online, and had the email confirmation with me. I was told I did not have an appointment and they were doubl scheduled an oil change over 3 weeks ago online, and had the email confirmation with me. I was told I did not have an appointment and they were double booked and might not be able to take care of my vehicle. This is the 3 Rd time this has happened to me. Every time I scheduled my appointment online. The worst part is that they acted like it was my fault and I was told that I should have called to confirm my appointment because they have trouble with the online scheduling. I took a day of vacation to get this done, so I was not rescheduling. The did eventually take me but I was there over 2 hours. If this had been the first time ok, but 3 times. I was told I needed new brakes but I am going elsewhere for the service. I have 3 or 4 more oil changes that are covered with my extended warranty but I may just say screw it and pay somewhere else. If you have the ability to schedule on line and it isn't working properly that is not the customer's fault. More
