Seems to be better than the competition A dealership is nothing without good people. The only negative is not telling us about a $300 administration fee when you purchase new car. Signing the final paperwork was no pressure to take the overpriced add-ons to cover paint another silly things. There’s no sense of keeping your car nice because when you go to trade it in all they care about is how many miles are on it and what year it is. Got robbed on Our trade in. More

Everything went alright I went there to get a new smart key and have it programmed. I was originally told it would take 45 min, and everything was done in 40 min. The waiting area is not large but it has drinks and snacks, which is nice. I wouldn’t mind going back and spending time there while my car is being serviced. More
Used car purchasing experience I purchased a used vehicle here last week. Everything went alright until I signed all docs. Then, before I left, the sales person I worked with (Mr. K I purchased a used vehicle here last week. Everything went alright until I signed all docs. Then, before I left, the sales person I worked with (Mr. Kruchko) was supposed to give me the second key but he said he couldn’t find it and would contact me later once he found it. A couple of days passed and nothing happened. So I tried to contact him through their website 3 times but he never contacted me. 3 days later I finally called and got a hold of him. Then he said he couldn’t find the key. So I asked what next, and he said if he couldn’t find it, I was just out of luck. This is not right since he told me before I signed anything that this vehicle would come with two keys. I eventually got the second key but not through him. I’d never work with him again. Not a sincere honest guy at all. More

Purchasing a car and negotiating an arrangement We found a car that we liked on CarGurus. Based off of CarGurus we had some play in the price. This is one part of buying a car that we dislike, neg We found a car that we liked on CarGurus. Based off of CarGurus we had some play in the price. This is one part of buying a car that we dislike, negotiating, vs a one price deal from other dealers. We don't like it and the sales people do not like it as well. (we have been told) The car had a missing wind deflector which was on the description from CarGurus. But the fine print under the description is only for a new car and does not necessarily mean it is with this car. So we had about $900 to work with based on CarGurus. So we negotiated a deal to get the wind screen included. We test drove a car with one and we really liked it. That deal came through and we were happy with it as long as they bought the wind screen from the Audi manufacturer. When the deal was done and we drove off around 4:30pm, we had a flat tire less that 5 miles away. We pulled off from the main road and and called back to the dealer. Considering the time it was and tire repair shops were closed, they recommended using fix-a-flat. They told me that it would ruin the tire, but get me home safely and send them the bill for the tire. To their credit they held up to their word and we were extremely satisfied. Kudos go to Luke for following through and making good things happen for us. More
