Darlene was great to work with on our new car purchase. She listened and supported our process, and was responsive without being invasive. After we decided to buy a Santa Fe, she had to do a lot more advocating for the customer than a sales rep should have to, because the car needed some correction before we could take it home. The ethical nature of everyone we dealt with made this a memorable purchase. We had different manufacturers vehicle that had only 10,000 miles, but we were totally disappointed with it.
